Mortal Kombat Mobile Marks 10th Anniversary with New Diamond, Gold Characters

Mortal Kombat Mobile is gearing up to celebrate its monumental 10th anniversary with a massive update set to launch on March 25th. Brought to you by Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios, this update is packed with new fighters, an overhaul of Faction Wars, a challenging new tower, and heaps of anniversary rewards to commemorate a decade of brutal, fast-paced kombat!

The spotlight of this update shines on the addition of MK1 Geras, a formidable diamond-tier fighter. Geras comes equipped with an array of abilities, including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection. To add him to your roster, you'll need to dive into the Realm Klash rewards or progress through the Kombat Pass.

Another exciting addition is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter capable of ascending to Level 5. With unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and the ability to siphon blood droplets from foes, she's a force to be reckoned with. You can acquire her through the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the standard one.

The Faction Wars mode is undergoing a significant revamp and will now be known as Realm Klash. Players can now select from five distinct realms and battle it out to accumulate Realm Points during two-week seasons, moving beyond just fighting for Blood Rubies.

To mark the 10th Anniversary, Mortal Kombat Mobile introduces new ranks: Elder God, God, and Demi God. Blood Ruby Packs now boast new Kameo offers alongside MK1 Geras rewards. The mode also receives a visual overhaul, new banners, updated leaderboards, and patches for previous exploits.

New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary

The new Tower of Time event promises an intense challenge, lasting two weeks and comprising 50 floors. Players can collect seven new pieces of Tower of Time equipment, with MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras receiving their own unique Brutality equipment sets. A Fusion Boost modifier also comes into play, enhancing the power of the least fused card in your team to ensure a more balanced fight. Alongside the new tower, familiar challenges like the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower return.

In true anniversary spirit, starting April 1st, players will receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promotion every day for 10 days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now available for ascension, offering players even more opportunities to enhance their teams.
