Metaphor: ReFantazio Party Member Recruitment Guide: A Detailed Timeline

Beyond the protagonist, seven companions will join your adventure in Metaphor: ReFantazio, each contributing unique combat abilities. While Gallica is present from the start, her combat participation is limited initially.

Spoiler Warning: This guide reveals the recruitment dates for each party member. Reading further may spoil aspects of the game's storyline.

Each party member awakens to a unique Archetype, usable by any party member once unlocked. Early recruits may be initially AI-controlled before their Archetype awakening.

Party Member Recruitment Dates:

• Strohl (Warrior): Joins on June 5th (Border Fort events), but his Archetype awakens on June 6th (Nord Mines). Until then, he's AI-controlled.

• Grius: Joins after the Border Fort events, but becomes a full party member (summonable via Archetype) on June 6th. He doesn't undergo an Archetype awakening like others.

• Hulkenberg (Knight): Interacts with the party from June 10th, fully joining after her Archetype awakening during the boss fight on June 11th.

• Heismay (Thief): His Archetype awakens and he joins the party on July 4th during the Martira dungeon.

• Junah (Masked Dancer): Joins the party following her Archetype awakening on August 13th.

• Eupha (Summoner): Eupha's recruitment is flexible. She joins for the final boss fight on whichever day (between August 19th and September 4th) you complete the Dragon Temple dungeon during Viraga Island's free time. Her Bond quest, however, begins after this period.

• Basilio (Berserker): Awakens and joins the party on September 11th (Saint's Day events), though combat use is available the following day.
