Begin by visiting the bathhouse and speaking with the Bathhouse Madam, followed by a conversation with Adam. Adam will inform you that Goatskin has stolen items belonging to Master Schindel.

Next, you must locate Goatskin. Known for his timidity, you can either talk to Lousy Mary or follow Udo. I suggest speaking with Udo, who frequents the bathhouse's first floor in the evening. Instruct him to leave, then discreetly follow him. Goatskin will attempt to rob Udo in an alley, providing you the opportunity to confront him.

In addition to gathering information about Liechtenstein, you can try to acquire a map from Goatskin. If you fail the skill check, you'll need to bribe him.
