Where to Find Lord Semine’s Sword in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)

Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Finding Lord Semine’s Sword in “Wedding Crashers”

Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift, has gone missing. He doesn’t know who took it, but he mentions seeing someone he didn’t recognize, dressed in yellow, lurking around earlier. Your first task is to find this man wearing yellow.

You can approach and question anyone wearing yellow about the missing sword. Most will deny any involvement, but some might offer a lead, mentioning they saw a man in yellow head upstairs in the stable. Upon investigating the upper level of the stable, you'll encounter Hans trying to impress a woman.

Hans, clad in yellow, isn't the thief but witnessed Svatya, the bailiff’s son and the bride's brother, take the sword. When you ask Hans about Svatya's motives or what he did with the sword, he advises you to confront Svatya directly, as he didn't see what happened after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Svatya is easily located near the musicians playing by the tree, where wedding guests are dancing. He's drinking by the wall of the stables, and you'll notice he's carrying a sword.

Unfortunately, Svatya has already discarded the sword meant for Lord Semine. He confesses to taking it out of resentment towards Old Semine's treatment of them, intending to embarrass him by suggesting he misplaced his son’s gift. However, Svatya didn't consider the consequences or his father's reaction to the theft.

Svatya reveals he threw the sword into the pond, unable to prepare a proper hiding spot. If you danced with Myshka, she led you to the pond. Otherwise, you can reach it by heading to Radovan’s location and finding the door on the fence behind him that leads to the pond's edge.

Getting the Sword

Once you open the door, take a few steps forward and look down. You should see the sword in the water. Approach and retrieve it. The objective then shifts to returning to Radovan. You can tell him Svatya was the thief or simply say it doesn’t matter now that the sword is recovered.

Once you find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and return it to Radovan, the ceremony can commence. Ensure you complete any tasks that must be done before the wedding before speaking to Radovan. Then, congratulate the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
