Showcasing the Five Main Characters

Akatsuki Games unveiled fresh visuals at Jump Festa 2025 for their anticipated Kaiju No. 8 game. The key visual showcases Kaiju No. 8 against a striking red backdrop, prominently displaying the game's title. Five additional in-game screenshots feature the series' core characters: Kaiju No. 8, Reno Ichikawa, Kikoru Shinomiya, Mina Ashiro, and Sōshirō Hoshina.

Initially announced six months prior in June via a trailer, the game (currently titled Kaiju No. 8: The Game, subject to change) is slated for release on PC (Steam), Android, and iOS as a free-to-play game with optional in-app purchases. Currently, the game's availability is limited to Japan, with no global release date confirmed. The official launch date remains unannounced.
