Fans of *Star Wars Jedi: Survivor* will be thrilled to discover new figures in this latest wave of Star Wars toys. Nightsister Merrin gets her own figure, while series protagonist Cal Kestis is included in a three-pack set with Turgle and Skoova Stev. The highlight for many will be Cal's multiple head options, including a much-requested handlebar mustache variant. According to Houle, this particular look was a focal point for the set.

"We wanted to have fun with it," Houle shared with IGN. "This is one of my favorite sets from the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and mullet, then added the clean cut and short beard. The handlebar mustache is almost our primary look, and it's just so much fun."

Given Merrin's integral role in the *Fallen Order/Survivor* storyline, it was essential to include her alongside Cal. The challenge, as Reiff explained, was to accurately represent her unique Force abilities.

"You can't have Cal without Merrin," Reiff noted. "We're thrilled to finally bring Merrin to life, and capturing her Force effect—the green blast—and the intricate details of her new costume, along with her face tattoos using inkjet technology, was a labor of love. She's a beloved character, and fans are deeply invested in her story and the world she inhabits."

This year's lineup also features familiar faces like Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite the numerous iterations over the years, Houle insists there's always room for enhancement.

"It's been a while since we've revisited these characters," Houle explained. "We've given them a complete overhaul with new tooling, ensuring the latest articulation so fans can enjoy these classic heroes with cutting-edge technology. We've also improved the articulation, drawing from our experiences with Wookiee figures with their long hair."

Houle added, "With Chewbacca, we used softer plastics to allow for seamless head movement despite his long hair. For Han, we enhanced the articulation at the top of the boot, preserving the iconic red stripes on his thigh without a break."

One of the most visually striking figures in the lineup is The Ronin, inspired by the *Star Wars: Visions* anime anthology. This Celebration-exclusive figure stays true to the series with its black-and-white aesthetic, punctuated only by the vibrant red of his katana lightsaber. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of nailing the details for this unique release.

"We stayed true to the original design," Houle said. "Drawing from Japanese culture, we crafted a premium box with magnetic closures, clean lines, watercolor detailing, and hidden accessories. Every aspect from packaging to engineering was meticulously planned."

Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language exclusively on the packaging, which is a special touch since we're in Japan. It was a way to fully embrace and celebrate the culture."

Finally, Hasbro delighted fans of the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line by unveiling a meticulously crafted Death Trooper helmet during their panel.

"It's a brand new tooled helmet for our Premium roleplay line," Reiff stated. "It captures the movie's essence with weathering and lighting details. You can control the chin lights and spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. We worked closely with Lucasfilm using original files to ensure accuracy, and we added detailed interiors to enhance the experience, something the real helmets never had."
