Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon Rev Up for PS5 Release

The long-standing console wars and the exclusivity of major titles have fueled countless debates. A central point of contention: Forza (Xbox) versus Gran Turismo (PlayStation). Owning both consoles wasn't always feasible, but that's changing. PlayStation gamers can finally settle the debate for themselves.

Forza Horizon 5 is arriving on PS5! The official announcement, complete with a PlayStation Store listing, confirms its release. While a precise launch date remains unannounced, a Spring 2025 release is expected.

Panic Button is leading the PS5 port development, with Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games providing assistance. The PS5 version will offer feature parity with other platforms and full cross-platform play.

Furthermore, a free content update, "Horizon Realms," is in the works for all platforms. Horizon Festival participants will explore beloved locations from past "Evolving Worlds" updates, along with some exciting unannounced additions.
