Zynga's enduring word game, Words With Friends, is adding a new feature to help players reflect on their 2024 gameplay. Starting December 15th, the "Your Year in Words" personalized recap will be available, offering a detailed look at your word game achievements.

This year-end report will highlight your top-scoring words, total moves, games played, and other key stats, providing a comprehensive summary of your progress. Similar to popular year-end recaps from YouTube and Spotify, it aims to showcase your vocabulary journey throughout 2024.

In the lead-up to the report, Words With Friends is presenting a "Word of the Day" countdown, featuring words that defined 2024. These words, reflecting significant cultural moments and trends, include "Brat," "Demure," "Hippo," "Breakdancing," and "Yapping."

Since its 2009 launch, Words With Friends has captivated millions. Recent updates have introduced four new game modes to keep the experience fresh: Mini Crosswords (trivia-based vocabulary), Word Wheel (letter-connecting word puzzles), Word Search (daily 24-hour challenges), and Guess Word (daily word-guessing).
