Pokémon Center Area – North Province (Area Two)

A community favorite, this northeastern area (near Team Star’s Fighting Crew base) boasts a high concentration of Pokémon yielding pure Attack EVs: Lokix, Scyther, Bisharp, Heracross, Dratini, and Ursaring. Note that not all Pokémon here offer exclusively Attack EVs; Falinks, for instance, boosts Attack and Special Defense. For maximum damage output, consistent battling is key.

Eastern Edge of Porto Marinada

For predictable EV gains, the eastern outskirts of Porto Marinada offer groups of Paldean Tauros. Each defeated Tauros yields 2 EVs; with a Power Bracer, this jumps to 10, enabling precise EV control. Defeat a set number to reach your target, then remove the Bracer for fine-tuning.

How to Use the Power Bracer for EV Training

Before embarking on your EV training, equip the Power Bracer. This item, purchased for 10,000 Pokédollars at Delibird Presents (Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa), grants an additional +8 Attack EVs per defeated Pokémon. This significantly accelerates your training.

Best Pokémon for EV Attack Training

While mass outbreaks offer boosted EV gains, they're unpredictable. These two Pokémon consistently deliver excellent results:

Flamigo

Common near lakes and swamps, Flamigo appear at various levels, making them suitable even for early-game training. Southeastern lakes in the South Province (near Grasswither Shrine) and Casseroya Watchtower No. 1 (south of Casseroya Lake) are good hunting grounds. Note that Casseroya Lake Flamigo are around level 50.

Avoid levels 9-20 Pokémon with the "Detect" ability to prevent wasted turns.

Paldean Tauros

Found in central-western and central-eastern regions, Paldean Tauros usually appear in groups of five. The area south of Levincia is particularly efficient. Some possess "Intimidate," slightly slowing battles, but their abundance makes them worthwhile.
