The original Japanese release of ETE Chronicle faced criticism for its unexpected turn-based gameplay, diverging from the anticipated mecha action. In response, the developers completely overhauled the game for its Chinese launch, delivering a true action experience. This updated version, ETE Chronicle:Re, replaces the original and carries over purchases from the previous iteration.

ETE Chronicle:Re plunges you into a post-apocalyptic future where humanity struggles for survival. The Yggdrasil Corporation, wielding advanced Galar exosuits and the Tenkyu orbital base, has ravaged the Earth. The Humanity Alliance, utilizing powerful E.T.E. combat machines piloted by skilled female operatives, fights back.
