Disco Elysium Mobile Version Launched: ZA/UM Targets TikTok Audience
Following the buzz around their new game, Project C4, ZA/UM has exciting news for fans: an official mobile version of the critically acclaimed *Disco Elysium* is on its way. Specifically designed for Android devices, this mobile version aims to introduce the game to a fresh audience while providing a convenient, on-the-go option for existing fans. The first two chapters will be available for free, with a one-time payment unlocking the full, ad-free experience.
ZA/UM emphasized their commitment to transparency, stating, "We want players to make an informed decision about their potential purchase." They highlighted their dual role as creators and custodians of the *Disco Elysium* IP, ensuring a high-quality mobile experience.

Studio head Denis Havel shared an ambitious vision for the mobile version, targeting the TikTok audience. "We intend to captivate the TikTok user with quick hits of compelling story, art, and audio, ultimately creating an all new, deeply engaging form of entertainment," Havel explained.
Alongside the announcement, ZA/UM released a debut trailer and screenshots showcasing new, immersive 360-degree scenes set in Revachol, designed to put mobile users right in the heart of the action. The game also features new audio with full voiceover, enhancing the already rich character experience.
Here's the official description:
This is a total re-imagination of the award-winning, gripping psychological RPG Disco Elysium and designed to completely cater to the habits of today's mobile users. This story-rich adventure has been optimized for short play sessions, allowing players to dive in anytime, anyplace on their mobile devices.
Narrative Lead Chris Priestman described the mobile version as "what audiobooks wish they were," tailored for quick, engaging play sessions. *Disco Elysium* is set to launch on Google Android in the summer of 2025.
It's important to note that while the studio name remains ZA/UM, the team behind this mobile version differs from the original *Disco Elysium* developers. Numerous former ZA/UM members have since left the studio, some of whom are now working on spiritual successors to the game.
