Crafting these gems, however, requires a Fugitive Head, along with Restless Rot and Gem Fragments. Therefore, acquiring Fugitive Heads is crucial for maximizing your power.

How To Find Fugitive Heads in Diablo 4 Season 7

Obtaining Fugitive Heads involves completing Whisper bounties in Headhunt zones. Afterward, there's a chance an Uprooted Cocoon will appear, containing a Headrotten Boss. Defeating this boss sometimes yields a Fugitive Head.

To increase your chances, utilize the Draught of Whispers Elixir (obtained from Exposed Roots, Whispers Cache, and Coven’s Cache). This elixir boosts the Fugitive Head spawn rate by 50% and increases the likelihood of encountering Forgotten Altars.
