Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite features two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full Area of Effect (AoE).
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for specific Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located in the Innate Skills menu (far right of the Mastery path), requiring a Domain Shard and Mastery level 250 in the relevant Innate Technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: This vendor offers periodic Shard sales for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: Shards are a low-probability drop from chests; luck-enhancing consumables are recommended.
- Trading: Players can exchange Domain Shards.
- World Loot: Shards occasionally spawn on the map; the Item Notifier gamepass (2,699 Robux) aids in locating them.
Utilizing Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate offensive tool.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Activate: Fill the Domain Meter by attacking enemies, then press the assigned hotkey.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and offensive/defensive stats receive a 50% boost. Incomplete Domains only benefit from the stat increase.
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame: a timing-based LMB (M1) press contest. Successful timing expands your Domain and depletes your opponent's Domain Meter.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive options exist:
- Simple Domain: (20 SP) Creates a small area within an enemy's Domain, nullifying its effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket: Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents innate technique use.
- Heavenly Restriction: (1699 Robux gamepass) Negates most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
