DC Comics Unveils Batman: Hush 2 Preview Art

2025 is set to be a monumental year for DC Comics, with one of the most eagerly anticipated projects being the sequel to the iconic Batman: Hush saga, titled Batman: Hush 2. This exciting follow-up, helmed by none other than DC's President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer Jim Lee, will launch in Batman #158, scheduled for March. While DC has revisited the Hush narrative in various forms over the years, Batman: Hush 2 marks the first time the original creative team is reuniting. The beloved team, including writer Jeph Loeb, artist Jim Lee, inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings, will bring their magic back to the pages.

Building on the epilogue found in the Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition, Hush 2 introduces a gripping new mystery. Batman discovers evidence that his childhood friend Tommy Elliot, known as Hush, survived their last confrontation. This revelation sets the stage for Hush to manipulate the Dark Knight's network of allies and enemies in a fresh and thrilling plot.

Batman: Hush 2 will unfold over issues #158-163 of the Batman series, with the first issue, #158, hitting comic stores on March 26. Following the conclusion of Hush 2, DC plans to relaunch the series with a new #1 issue, featuring a new costume for Batman. This relaunch will be spearheaded by writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez, promising to usher in a new era for the Dark Knight.
