1. Greek Beginnings:

Create a new life, selecting Greece as your birthplace. While optional, the Crime Special Talent (from Job Packs) significantly simplifies the murder aspect.

2. Maintaining Peak Health:

Achieving 100% health requires proactive choices. Avoid risky behaviors like substance abuse and unprotected sex. Instead, prioritize health-boosting activities: regular gym visits, walks, healthy diets, meditation, acupuncture, and prayer (for a quick boost). Seek medical treatment when needed.

3. Gym Rat:

Once you turn 18, consistently visit the gym (Activities > Mind and Body > Gym). This is straightforward, though it requires funds; secure a job beforehand. Remember, gym visits can lead to romantic encounters, aiding the final objective.

4. Eliminating Enemies:

This requires creating enemies. You might acquire them naturally, but you can proactively create them through the relationship tab by selecting a friend and choosing the "Become Enemies" option.
