Ananta, the highly anticipated game formerly known as Project Mugen, is nearing its full release. Early promotional materials have generated significant buzz, showcasing a unique blend of popular game mechanics. The game incorporates elements reminiscent of Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, and even Grand Theft Auto, all presented within a captivating anime aesthetic.

Ananta's launch in China has been approved, with a planned 2025 release across PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile platforms. A recent trailer unveiled a sun-drenched coastal city, Nova, as the open-world urban RPG setting. Players take on the role of an A.C.D. agent, embarking on a journey filled with mystery and exploration.

This ambitious project is a collaborative effort between NetEase Studios, Thunder Fire Studio, and Naked Rain. The developers highlight the game's global appeal, citing its familiar yet supernatural environments as a key draw. Key features include four-player team-based combat, a distinctive art style, and fluid, high-speed movement.
