Gold Armor, a returning feature from Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, is a game-changer in Black Ops 6. This upgrade automatically repairs itself over time, significantly improving resource management and survivability against powerful enemies like Amalgams. This guide details how to obtain this invaluable asset.

Gold Armor's Function:

Unlike standard armor, the Gold Armor Vest continuously regenerates, eliminating the need for constant re-plating. While manual plating remains an option, its self-repairing capabilities are its key advantage.

Acquiring the Gold Armor Vest:

The process involves a multi-step Easter egg:

1. Locate Statue Heads: Find two statue heads within the Dark Aether Nexus. These are hidden inside destructible wooden boxes. One box is near a palm tree, in the corner closest to the green Gateway portal. The second is easily found near the Juggernog Perk Machine.

   

2. Repair Roman Statues: Take the statue heads to the Dig Site. Place them on the two ruined Roman statues. One is near the Ammo Cache, the other near the Roman Mausoleum (Pack-a-Punch area).

3. Complete Blood Sacrifices: Activating a repaired statue initiates a "Blood Sacrifice." This involves eliminating waves of high-value target (HVT) enemies (Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts). The challenge is significantly harder due to the 1 HP limitation, but armor plates absorb all damage. Strategies include using a Mutant Injection (solo) or a Chopper Gunner (co-op).

   

4. Purchase the Vest: After completing two Blood Sacrifices, the Gold Armor Vest becomes a free purchase at the Wall Buy in the Roman Mausoleum.
