Bendy: Lone Wolf is another take on the Ink Machine franchise coming to mobile in 2025

Bendy and the Ink Machine is back on mobile with the new game, Bendy: Lone Wolf! Building on the success of Boris and the Dark Survival, this top-down survival horror title is slated for release on iOS, Android, Switch, and Steam in 2025.

Remember the quirky charm of the original Bendy and the Ink Machine? The episodic structure, unique rubber hose-style enemies, and captivating storyline captivated players in the mid-2010s. Now, that same magic is returning to mobile devices!

The reveal trailer (see below) showcases Lone Wolf's isometric gameplay, putting you in the shoes (paws?) of Boris the Wolf as he navigates the perilous halls of Joey Drew Studios.

While the original Bendy and the Ink Machine, Nightmare Run, and Boris and the Dark Survival are already available on mobile, Lone Wolf appears to borrow heavily from Dark Survival, though its exact relationship remains unclear. Is it a definitive edition or a completely new experience? Time will tell.

Regardless, the Bendy franchise retains a strong following, considered a pioneer of the mascot horror genre alongside the iconic Five Nights at Freddy's. Lone Wolf's success will hinge on its execution. While not the first isometric Bendy survival horror featuring Boris, its multi-platform release (including Steam and Switch) suggests it will build upon previous mobile iterations to deliver a truly frightening experience.
