Astra Yao of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5 has been given a dramatic narrative short film

Zenless Zone Zero shines a spotlight on Astra Yao with a new story twist, offering players a glimpse into her past. MiHoYo (HoYoverse) continues to expand the game's lore, focusing this time on Astra Yao, the popular singer and part-time on-air support.

A new animated short delves into Astra Yao's history, showcasing her participation in a benefit concert held to commemorate a devastating cavernous disaster. Following a tense exchange with a journalist, the narrative shifts to reveal impactful events from her past.

Astra Yao is featured in the first character banner of Zenless Zone Zero 1.5, while Evelyn Chevalier is the star of the second.

The 1.5 update also brings customary rewards from miHoYo (HoYoverse). Players receive 300 Polychromes for bug fixes and another 300 for technical improvements implemented in the update. Compensation is delivered directly to in-game mailboxes.

Joining the roster is Agent Astra Yao (Air, Support), a powerful new S-rank agent. Beyond her singing career, Astra Yao excels as a support agent, restoring ally HP and significantly boosting damage output. Her abilities facilitate more frequent attack chains and quick assists, enabling devastating damage against enemies.
