Adin Ross Vows to Return to Twitch

Adin Ross Recommits to Kick, Hints at "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has definitively ended speculation about his future, confirming his intention to remain on the Kick streaming platform. Ross's unexpected absence from Kick earlier in 2024 fueled rumors of a potential departure, but his recent return with a new livestream and a public statement confirms his commitment.

Ross, known for his engaging (and sometimes controversial) streams, joined Kick after a permanent ban from Twitch in 2023. His move, along with other high-profile streamers, significantly contributed to Kick's rapid growth. While 2023 saw success, his sudden absence in 2024 sparked widespread speculation, including rumors of a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven. However, a December 21, 2024 livestream with Craven dispelled these rumors, with Ross publicly stating his intention to stay. A subsequent tweet reinforced this commitment, assuring fans of his permanent return. His January 4, 2025 livestream, marking his return after a 74-day hiatus, further solidified this decision.

Ambitious Future Plans on the Horizon

Ross's tweet also hinted at "something even bigger" in the works, fueling anticipation among his fanbase. Many speculate this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a project he's previously expressed a desire to expand with Kick's support. Given past legal challenges with Misfits Boxing in early 2024, the success of future Brand Risk ventures will be closely watched.

Ross's continued presence is a significant boost for Kick, which is aggressively pursuing its ambitious goal of surpassing or acquiring Twitch, as stated by co-founder Bijan Tehrani. Kick's current momentum, fueled by partnerships with top streamers, makes this ambitious goal seem increasingly plausible.
