Hanoi 12 Days and Nights, developed by Pirex Games, immerses players in a revolutionary conflict. The game successfully recreates key moments of the "Điện Biên Phủ in the air" campaign—the courageous resistance of Hanoi's people against the massive U.S. aerial assault using B-52 bombers. This campaign led to the U.S. government signing the Paris Agreement in late December 1972, restoring peace to North Vietnam.

Known to the U.S. as Operation Linebacker II, and often called the "Điện Biên Phủ in the air" campaign, it was America's final major military operation against the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. It took place from December 18 to December 30, 1972, after the Paris Peace Talks reached a deadlock and collapsed due to disagreements over the terms of the agreement.
